Have had a Charge 3 for about 2 months and have already had more issues with it than the entire time I used my Charge 2. What is Fitbit doing to address the ongoing issues we all seem to be having. Definitely wouldn't recommend that anyone purchase a Charge 3.
Best AnswerI heard back from customer service wltoday with regards to my syncing issues. They claim that since I have an S20 Ultra that isn't supported, that I'll have to wait for an update. I informed them that I have been using this fine up until a couple days ago and have had issues with it syncing on different supported devices since. Is there anything I can get them to do?
Best AnswerYeah, this is my 2nd one in 6 months. I'm not interested in purchasing another. I'm super skeptical of upgrading as that forum seems to suggest these issues havent been resolved.

Not really, unfortunately they don’t seem to understand and the solution is just replacement-

I also don’t agree in paying when I paid already for a product of theirs that doesn’t work

Bought my Charge 3 1.5 years ago and the screen turning off has been an issue since the 2nd month of owning it but the "work around" has been working so I never got it replaced. Friday the screen went blank and nothing I do is working. Called Customer service and was told that it's outside of warranty so they won't do anything and are "offering" me 25% off.
it is ridiculous that the company is not standing behind their faulty product and never did a recall or exception to the well known issue. Horrible company values. Never dealing with them again.
Best AnswerI feel your pain. I was on my third charge 3. No way is it water resistant up to 50 feet. I got this one originally to track my swimming. Don’t try this at home because there is no fix.
Best AnswerBeen in touch with customer service for 2+ weeks now and they just told me to keep my device up to date. This company is the worst.
Best AnswerThe fitbit just stopped working after 5 months. At first the screen disappeared but it was syncing data on the phone. But that also stopped. Don't know what to do. Please help

Best AnswerI’m on my third charge 3. Battery was not able to charge after swimming. I am still within the one year. Exchanged only. Never refund or a fix. Not A very comfortable Band. Rubber on skin is difficult down south.

How long have you had it? That’s the issue we all have experienced and basically just replaced- Fitbit has yet to resolve the issues - but there has been so much discussion about the lack of customer service and failure to resolve the problem on this forum that they knocked me offf the forum but I’m back - despite the emails asking me to change my password everyday 😡

Best AnswerMy clock is 14 minutes slow, so my watch is WRONG.
I had 14 of 14 hours with over 250 steps per hour, it gave me 4.
I walked over 27,000 steps yesterday and it counted 7,835,
I had 68 floors and it counted 1.
I'm seriously considering an apple watch or at least something that actually works.
I used to love my Fitbit when it worked. Good luck. Hope it actually works for you.
