Has anyone had any issues with the charge 3 battery. My charge 3 is a week old and needed a charge Sunday night. I charged it over night and in the morning it was showing 100%, I wore it all day Monday however early hours of this morning (Tuesday) by watch was dead. I’ve had to hold the buttons for 8 seconds for it to come on however it ran out of battery? I synced my watch and phone before bed and there was over 80% battery. Has anyone’s else done this?

Best AnswerHi,
If you are in Singapore, please go to MOJITO Redemption, Plaza Singapura Extension, 68 Orchard Road, #04-60/61, S(238839), Tel: 6534 8095. You will need to show your Original Receipt of your tracker for the redemption. Good Luck. tw
Thank you TW. I will try to visit them once I find my receipt!
Tried DM via Twitter but was told to try several steps like letting battery die etc. Will still monitor the progress but doesn't look good.
Best AnswerI bought the Charge 3 on 12 May and started using it from 13th! Initially, the battery was fine but since past 3 days, 100% battery lasts for maximum 3 hours and not up to seven days!!! And when I emailed , I got told to turn off notifications, heart rate, reminders , alarms!! I bought Charge 3 and spent £120 for the features it boasts, if I was to turn down all the features, I might as well have bought the standard one for half price !!
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy this.
I have been using Charge 3 for 3 weeks now. Yesterday Charge 3 started blinking and vibrating. Finally, i stopped and now the battery drains out in an hour even if it charged to 100%. What should I do?

Best AnswerThank you pasurf for the reply. I will contact Fitbit customer service.
This is not a solution. I have tried what you have suggested & my Charge 3 battery is still draining. Have to Charge it every 12 hours!?! I've had it 6 months & annoyed because I could've bought a different one from a competitor for lower price but picked FitBit.... Please Help!!
Have you tried help@fitbit.com ? I know there is a one year warranty on the product when I had issues with another Fitbit item it was under warranty and they sent me a new one. This Charge 3 product has had a lot of issues I never had the problems with a Charge 2 and so far my Versa is working fine but it only has a 3 day battery charge and I am not using all the features it offers.
Best AnswerI would research your other devices for another product or try the new products they just released and see if they do better I would read the boards and the reviews first. Good Luck!
Best AnswerI have had my charge 3 for 2 month. For the first 6 week it worked well. Charge lasted for 4-5 days. Now only last 36 hours. I have tried all the suggestions here. Reboot, let the battery drain totally. No difference. Any other ideas please.
Best AnswerGI’m waiting on a replacement from support. Never had any issue with battery until the firmware update. My only worry is that if I update the replacement watch it will have the same problems.
note. Just had 100% charge, checked watch 20mins later now 92%.
I took your advice and called Fitbit's Customer Support. The person I spoke to was so helpful and they are also sending me a replacement fitbit. I was so impressed with the service. I am looking forward to using my new charge 3!
I have found their customer service and support group very helpful. Happy it worked for you and a new one is on its way!
Best Answertw, many thanks for this – I got my Charge 3 replaced on the spot just by showing my online order delivery receipt. Anything showing the date of purchase works (warranty's within one year). The staff at the counter prompted me to sync my remaining data first before the exchange. Things went pretty smoothly. (Hope the replacement's battery lasts more than four months!)
Twelve months on from these current comments....
My Fitbit Charge is going from 90% to 5% in a matter of minutes.
Took it off the charger at 85% hung out the washing came back in and it was down to 7%.
Done all the steps suggested by no joy, any suggestions?
Thanks 🙂
