Charge 3 black screen

Sometime between 6am-10am my Fitbit Charge 3 just stopped working. The screen is black and the button is unresponsive. I have had issue in the past few weeks where it would randomly do this but only for a few minutes at a time. It has now been hours and my Fitbit never turned back on. I followed the steps in the troubleshooting and plugged my Charge 3 into my PC but it still never turned back on.

 

Please help!

I did got told to hold the button for a fatal of 7 vibrations mine still didn't work but you could try they sent me a new one in the end x

That's awful... Shouldn't have to deal with these things... Especially 3 in a year. If there is a fault then fitbit need to sort it out

My 1st one lasted just over a year 2nd one 4 hrs they sent me another no messing and so far fingers crossed

my Charge 3 just buzzed and the display is visible now. It quit last night, and nothing I could do could bring it back. It was still collecting data and sending it to my iPhone, just not displaying it on the FItBit screen. Yet another mystery.

It’s still not working for me. The green light on the back is lit and I’m getting notified, but I can’t read anything. I’ve held all the buttons down individually as well as in combinations. The screen remains black. Please help!

I had the same after trying everything they ended sending me a new one there customer service were brilliant

Hello - I bought a new Charge 3 in Feb 2020. I've had it for only a few weeks and have the exact blank screen issue described back in 2018. I would only have had the most recent Firmware update. I have tried unsuccessfully to restart it. It is fully charged. I am unable to change the face as someone else suggested. I get an error. Any advice?

Call tech they can fix it or issue a new one should you still have a
warranty

Hold the button for a total of 7 buzzes if that don't work get it sent back

I have tried the hard reset and cannot get my Fitbit screen to come back. What else can I do?

I recharged it as told, even though it was nearly fully charged. Then
disconnected abd held the button down for 8 seconds... After 2 attempts it
vibrated and came on again... Weird

I do not get a battery icon even though it is fully charged and vibrates when connected. I still have a blank screen.
