My screen started jumping 2 days ago and then went completely blank yesterday. I hace tried reloading and changing the clock face but nothing works. The phone is otherwise responsive - so I can track it using the app on my phone, which is quite annoying.

I am having the same problem with the blank screen. I first tried to change the clock face, but the screen remains dark. I have read and followed the suggestions in the forum - restart by holding the button for 8 seconds, restart with the 15 second hold, . . . . The fitbit vibrates, my data still tracks on my phone, but the face remains dark. Please help!

I'm having the same issue. My band is able to track my steps via app but the screen is blank. Please advis . I have also tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. My screen is still blan .

My charge 3 has had three lines running through it for a while now, and now is fading and will probably eventually stop showing at all, from what I read here. Rebooting does nothing. Does this mean the display can't be fixed? This device is less than 2 years old.
EDIT: how do I go about getting a ticket raised for this?

Quite frustrated with same experience. Restart advice followed without success and failure to charge at all. Less than 5 months old.

Yes, I have tried to changed the clock face and everything suggested to date in the all the troubleshooting steps with no luck.

Hi. Yes I have tried to change the clock face. When I do the tracker vibrates but still does not show anything on the screen. I have tried to change the clock face a couple of times but the screen remains blank.

Hello,
changing the clock face didn’t immediately fix it. After a restart or two, it worked for about 5 min but is no longer turning on. The screen is staying blank.

My display no longer adjusted for brightness or time of day. When I got it I recall setting it to auto, but didn't like the illumination when I wore it to bed. I set it to low but it was hard to read during the day. Then the ability to adjust brightness was gone. Now it's just a blank, black screen. Still connects to my phone, so I guess it's working. Tried resetting but that didn't work. This is my second device. Disappointed with their obvious planned obsolescence. Why make things to last or support existing products, buy a new one.

Hi l, have attempted the reset and changing the clock fave but screen still black. No problems with syncing or charging however.

This was my second charge 3 in a year and a half. They said sorry warranty is up so no help. Very disappointed in fit bit .

All they did was give me a 25% discount on an older model since I was passed my warranty. Not happy at all. They can't fix it, I can't even get a replacement or a refurbished band. I have to come out of pocket for a new one.

I think the issue might be specific to my original screen? When it briefly worked earlier after changing screens, I changed it back and it went blank. That’s when I left the post above. However, since then, I’ve changed it (And restarted) and kept it changed and it’s still working.
It’s still a puzzle because I definitely prefer the original display than to this one but at least it’s working (for now),

And a few hours later my watch screen is blank again. It happened before I went to bed, came back on briefly with a restart, and then had been blank since I fell asleep until this morning.
