My Charge 3, which is about 6 weeks old has developed a dead horizontal line about 1/5 of the way down the screen. It's like a dead pixel, but extends right across the screen and always remains black. It's not too much of a problem; info is still easy to read, but it's clearly a fault and may get worse. I intend to return it for an exchange, but am posting to let other users know about this issue.

Mine is 7months old receive my Fitbit3 for Christmas. It started with one line in April, the reset worked which lasted about a month. Then three lines reset worked lasted about another month..still could see display. A lot was going on, now I can't see the display...yes I tried the reset. Would attach picture to this post but unsure how...also have read that it could be sent back...can't findout where...
I am not a swimmer.

Hello. I've tried the restart and my screen seems to be getting worse instead of better. It's less than a year old. Here's a pic of my screen . There was a while that it would be a straight black screen and then a few hours later of no where it would start displaying again. When I'm outside and try to use it, the screen is very faint and I have it set on the brightest setting. Please help! Thanx.!

Im having the same problems. Only have fitbit since May and twice I've restarted it and changed clock face. Same problem now again this evening. A black screen. Not good enough after only 3 months.
NNot finding it easy to get help here either as I'm not on twitter.

Hello ! I have several black lines across my fitbit. They keep getting worse. Some days I have just a black screen and then later on it will start showing the screen. How do I start the process to get a replacement? I attached a picture of my current screen.
