Charge 3 display won't turn on

Hi my new charge 3 is blank and when I charge it and try to restart it using the side button it just vibrates with a blank screen.

Screen will not light up but tracks my movements

Unfortunately none of the recommendations have worked to get my charge3 working again.

I put my Fitbit on charge and held the button on  the side for 8 seconds and the happy face came on and now every thing is working

Ok so my Fitbit Charge 3 wouldn't turn on.  The screen wouldn't turn on but I could feel the vibration when I touched it. I figured it out though. Change the clock face on the app. It fixed mine. If that doesn't work, take it to the store you naught it from or the nearest best buy or office depot where they can take a look at it for you.

This is how I got mine screen to start working. While I had the Fitbit plugged in, I went into my app and changed the clock interface. When the clock finished downloading and installing, my Fitbit vibrated and the screen was working, displaying the new clock interface.

My charge 3 fitbir all of a sudden had a blank screen. It still vibrates when calls come in but the screen is black. I tried different things nothing helps.

I also have this problem. I woke up yesterday and the display was not on. I put it on the charger figuring that it was low charge. After a couple of hours, took it off the charger it still wasn't working.  I put it on again this morning and the display doesn't work but the sensors do because I opened up my Fitbit app and it shows my heart rate and it shows my steps. This is my second Fitbit. The first Fitbit lasted two weeks and it did this exact same thing now this one is lasted two months but once again it's shot craps. What's up with Fitbit?

Change the clock face on your app to a different one , you can change it back later. This should reboot your Fitbit with the new settings and it will work again ok !!
