Charge 3 display won't turn on

Hi my new charge 3 is blank and when I charge it and try to restart it using the side button it just vibrates with a blank screen.

My screen was working. Fine . Received a phone call and it was blank. I have tried the reset and still is blank. It is still syncing etc just nothing o  the screen

Yep dead screen.....it may as well be dead

I never had a response from a Fitbit rep. Guess we should only expect these devices are made to last 12-18 months.

My Charge 3 display began intermittently working about a week ago.  I thought the device charge was too low to display, so I left it charging overnight.  Checked it out on my phone app.  It is working, tracking my sleep, activity and steps.  But nothing on the display for days now.  I've tried a regular and long reset, multiple times.  Nothing.  No display.  Ideas?

I've also tried changing the clock face - still nothing....So I will wait for a response.  The device is syncing with the phone app and tracking my activity - just really annoying that I have to check my phone for updates.  The device is not even that old...less than a year!

Im having same problem . Tried restart and nothing.  It vibrates when Im holding the button or 8 seconds and then nothing.  Completely blank screen.

I got a new i phone.  It synced for a few weeks.  Then it stopped syncing . I first tried to turn off and then back on bluetooth, and i disconnected and reconnected fitbit to phone.  then it said fitbit needed to update.  It never finished updating and then completely died.  Since then, nothing.  Button will vibrate when pushed for up to 8 seconds (and then nothing).

Please advise.

Overall this is a flawed product. I had the same problem and to the company's credit they replaced the unit. It was working fine for a couple of months and now I have lines across the display at all times making it unreadable at certain times. I certainly will not purchase this item again

My charge 3 screen went dark. I tried everything I have read on this thread and NOTHING is helping! It is working, when I look @ the app I can see all my stats but NOTHING on the Fitbit. So incredibly frustrating!!!! Please help! I've only had it since Christmas and only for a new one bc my original flex died!

Get in touch with Fitbit and they will send you a new one.

I have the same issue. I just bought Fitbit Charge 3 and it is not working at all. I charged it for more than 6 hours but the screen is not working but the device vibrates while on the charger only.

 

the screen is not working at all.

 

I tried a factory reset and it didn't work

I tried a long restart and it didn't work also

 

what is the solution?

I would get in touch with the company. It should still be under warranty.

If you have tried everything, get in contact with Fitbit, they will try to help you and if that doesn't work and it's still under warranty they will replace it!!!
