Hi,
My Charge 3 which had been working perfectly has suddenly developed lots of white lines down the screen. I've restarted it twice but that hasn't helped, anyone have any other suggestions please?

I have been experiencing screen changes also. Tried multiple times restarting device an it still looks terrible. Hard to see in daylight and just dull looking. I would upload image of screen but I do not have permission to do so. My Fitbit was purchased around Black Friday 2018
I contacted customer support via chat. Explained my issue and since my Fitbit was actually purchased in 2018 (memory lapse) and out of warranty I was issued a discount code to be used for a new Fitbit 3. Very nice customer support and wait time was minimal. Resolved😎

Best AnswerI bought my Fitbit Charge 3 in January and it's been working fine.A few minor problems that I was able to fix here and there.Today it was working as usual.I washed my vehicle then a while afterwards I noticed that the screen was blurry.I plugged it in and pressed the button,when it blanked out completely.I can feel it vibrate when I press the button and it seems to be syncing,but I have no screen.
