Hello,
This morning, my Fitbit Charge 3 screen had gray lines going across it. It wasn't like this when I first got up the morning at 5:30am but appeared around 7am. It also doesn't seem to be reacting as well to my scrolling. It will still work but it seems slower and requires more pressure to scroll through the screens. Is there a problem with the screen? I have had this Fitbit for less than a month. I never have taken it into the shower or pool so the most water contact it has had is when I have washed my hands. I tried to reboot it and change the watchface but the gray lines are there. Any help would be much appearicated.

@mrbees500, welcome to the community. Here're few things you may try for troubleshooting:
1. Restart Charge 3
2. Change clock face (you can change it back to your preferred one later)
3. Perform Long restart:

I have tried all of the ideas on this forum and my fitbit charge 3 still has the grey screen. Now when I do the long reboot, the progress bar stops at near the end and nothing happens. I then disconnect it from the charging cable and it then brings up the smiling face and still has issues.
Hi. My charge 3 screen has got grey lines on it. I have read other posts regarding this and followed the instructions such as restarting it, changing clock face and holding down the but for 15 seconds but my screen is now grey all over. I’ve only had my charge 3 since May. Is there anything else I can try?

I have the same issue with the black and gray screen on my Fitbit. I've tried all the steps to reboot & also restart my device several times but the problem still persists. My screen won't scroll and it's now a nightmare to use interval timer to workout.
I bought my device in October 2018 and support informed that my 'product does not meet the replacement requirement of the warranty policy'. This is very disappointing as it's been only over a year since I got my Fitbit and there seems to be no way to resolve this issue.
After doing all long restarts it now just shows black screen but it does sync with app, any other thoughts to get this going?

Best AnswerI have tried these steps, I was unable to perform a long restart, and the lines are still visible.

I sent a message through facebook could not find any other way to reach them no way to get reach a contact option through the fitbit page always brings you back to the same support - community pages its like they don't want to communicate and help with issues.

you need to click email us , fill in what Fitbit you have etc. Type a brief message of your problem. They get back to you in a few days. I found them to be very helpful. Hope this helps.
