Hello,
This morning, my Fitbit Charge 3 screen had gray lines going across it. It wasn't like this when I first got up the morning at 5:30am but appeared around 7am. It also doesn't seem to be reacting as well to my scrolling. It will still work but it seems slower and requires more pressure to scroll through the screens. Is there a problem with the screen? I have had this Fitbit for less than a month. I never have taken it into the shower or pool so the most water contact it has had is when I have washed my hands. I tried to reboot it and change the watchface but the gray lines are there. Any help would be much appearicated.

I went to their facebook page and sent a message if under warranty they may offer replacement but it could be a refurbished one not new

My Fitbit charge 3 does this same thing today and Fitbit won't warranty it. I spent too much money on this! I'm not happy about this and their answer to me was just go buy a new one.

Same issues with my charge 3 since purchased September 2019. I am now on my 4th replacement charge 3 as original 2 year EU warranty. Every replacement from fitbit has failed after a couple of months. When battery running low the display will corrupt and after charging lines will appear on screen. 4th replacement arrived today. Dont hold out much hope it will not have defects soon as massive issues with Charge 3 on forums. 😒
