Charge 3 screen white

My screen has gone almost entirely white. Reset does not work. Tried multiple times. Looks like screen burn? Device is less than 3 months old. Can’t send image from my phone. Please help. Very disappointed!

My Fitbit was within warranty period and it was replaced.

 

Mine was still within warranty so replaced.

how did you get in contact to the fitbit support department?

The same thing just happened to me. I’ve had this fit bit since June. Tried rebooting device, changing clock faces and none of those things have fixed it.

My charge 3 just started doing the white screen thing this morning. I can't figure out how to live chat with a agent to figure out about getting a replacement. Can you offer any help or suggestions?

Follow this link choose email en explain your problem.

they are very kind to help you and will let you try some restarts.

 

If that won't solve the problem they send you a new pebble (without the strap) or give you a 50% discount on a new purchase.

Fitbit is 2 years. Ring customer service and they send you a new one. No quabble.

Mine started happening the same today.

 

I tried changing clock and unpair/pair and did not worked.

 

But touch still works.

 

Please, tell me there is a fix. This is my THIRD charge 3 in 13 months!

 

I had one replacement and one refunda and had to pay twice for someone to bring to brazil.

 

This one has lessa than one month!

I'd just go back to fitbit. Tell them they keep sending you a faulty one
and request an upgrade free of charge

Im sorry to hear that what happened to your charge 3's.

Im thinking to return mine too and had it replaced but I think it is not
worth it considering what happened yo yours.
It was bought in US so it will cost me a lot on shipping fee if I will
return it (im currently at SE asia).

Mine was initially fixed after I restarted few times but went back to white
screen after few hours.

I've been using it for few months now at this condition. Still working but
not as efficient as before. Its annoying that I had to press the sides for
it to light up.

Mine is now also white and just out of warranty - nothing they can do for me.

 

Guess this will be my 1st and last Fitbit...

Message them anyway. Mine did get replaced at 3 weeks past the warranty. If they won't replace it if you paid for it with a credit card your credit card company may have extended warranty coverage. Check it out before giving up.

The lady that helped me was very friendly, but at the end she sent me a link to the Fitbit shop - no replacement or discount...😪

Yes I think it’s still under warranty. The screen went totally blank on me after I posted pic.

The same just happened to my partner it is a week outside the year warranty do you know if they offer 2 years as it suggests?

I now have the same issue with my screen. It’s exactly 1 year old. I don’t have it’s box anymore so I’m guessing I can’t prove how long I had it. Is there anything I can do or just throw it away and get an ugly Apple Watch?!?
