When can we get the Google Pixel 3 to be compatible with the Charge 2?

I recently got the google pixel 3 and I have the charge 2.

 

It does not consistently sync. The only way I was able to get it to sync is by turning the phone off and on, then it synced.

The screen shots shown saying that Google Pixel 3 is now on the compatible list are screen shots related to the Fitbit APP, not the devices.  I'm also looking to find a list of Fitbit devices that will work (and sync) with my new Pixel 3.  I'm not having much luck finding such a list.

It seems to be an ongoing issue with Google phones and Fitbit devices, at least my Flex 2. I had a Pixel 2XL and my Fitbit continuously disconnected no matter what I did. Now it's doing the same thing with my Pixel 3a.
