When you sign up for text call notifications its says fitbit notification service will be able to read all the notifications you receive.
My qs are
1. Does fitbit store the information (text messages)
2. Does this mean (i assume does) whats apps are no longer encrypted. Could this be seen by or stored by fitbit.
I am sure they dont gave time to read a million messages but would just like to know if the data is there and gone as quick as the notification you see on the fitbit.

@BorisJ1208 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!
Thank you for your inquiry and sorry for the late reply. Text messages are only transferred from your phone to your device and stored locally for the ones that have this feature (Versa, Versa Light, Ionic, etc. and you can always delete them). The encription is handled by WhatsApp and once they reach your phone (so the data transfer has been managed and completed by WhatsApp) they are sent to your device. You can read about Fitbit's privacy policy here.
Let me know how it goes.
