How do I delete old notifications?

Everyday I get notifications telling me that either I need a certain amount of steps to reach my goal, or that I'm an over achiever with so many steps above my daily goal.  That's great, however I now have 198 notifications showing.  How can I delete all these older ones?  Thanks!

No the notifications don't drop off, I have tons from June 2018.  I've tried to swipe right, swipe up, everything, thinking of getting rid of Fitbit!

Me too. It’s about time someone from Fitbit addressed this annoying issue...

I don't think it will EVER be resolved!

I have notifications from 2017.  It is now April of 2019.  So, no, they do not delete themselves after 30 days.  This is annoying.

I have ones from 2017, maybe they will never drop off. I can't believe there is no fix for this.

If we're talking about the notifications in the app, I beg to differ with 30 days. I still have notifications from July 2017! There should be a way to get rid of this. Bad app feature design.Screenshot_20190408-202023_Fitbit.jpg

These notifications were discontinued due to user's feedback and the ones that are in this app will be stored as it worked by storing the last 100 ones. Still I appreciate your feedback regarding them as this helps improve the app.

I'll be around.

I’m having this issue now and have notifications going back a year!! Constantly have a red dot highlighting “new” notifications but doesn’t seem to be any space for them to come through so I can’t get rid of it. Has this been sorted yet??

Best Answer
I believe Fitbit "fixed" the problem by not sending any more notifications.

But I still have 63 notifications going back 13 months. I want to delete
them. You're right, no more in the last 3 weeks.
