Quick view doesn't always work

Just got my Charge 2 a few days, but it seems to me that the Quick View feature doesn't always works perfectly. Other people having the same problem? It does work approx. 7 times on 10...

What do you suggest I do to get the correct time (most important) and day?

To correct the time try syncing the tracker.

As suggested I would contact Fitbit. Link in the top right slide out menu or through the below help or through help in the firbit app.

Ironically, my Fitbit Charge 2 stopped syncing today (after nearly 3 years of faithful service) and your reboot advice solved my issue. I said "ironically" because I just picked up a Fitbit Charge 4 today. It's still in the box, but maybe my Charge 2 is protesting its imminent retirement?
