Serious hollow on my wrist caused by wearing Fitbit Charge

Hello, I have been wearing my Fitbit Charge HR since November. I love it, but I am concerned that I know have some serious wasting/indentation/hollow on the upper side of my wrist. I do not wear it too tight - it has to be tight enough to record my heart rate. I do not wear it at night, so it is only during the day, and it is on my non-dominant hand. I have removed it now, and reluctant to put it back on.

Would this be grounds for a refund, since I really don't want to continue to wear it.

It’s not about tightness. It’s about the electrics. They are worn loose and still cause an indent. Scary. How to I contact them to get a refund?

I’ve been wearing a Fitbit for many years now. Since 2015 I think. I started with the charge hr and currently have the charge 3 hr. I noticed my wrist is a lot smaller on the arm I wear it on compared to my right wrist. I wear it on my non dominant hand, my left.I don’t wear it tight. It can move easy on my wrist. I wear my band to sleep and everything. I wash it every few days or whenever I get it dirty. I just wanted to add a comment saying the same thing happened to me and I will post again if anything happens.
