My charge 2 stopped analyzing my sleep and none of the tips fixed the problem, can it be returned for repair/ replacement??

@TiceKCT Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't analyzing your sleep. Are you referring to it not detecting your sleep at all? Or do you mean it isn't showing sleep stages? The more information I have the better I can assist you.

I called FitBit support, worked with them and this morning it worked. Let’s hope the fix lasts!!
