Hi,my charge 3 is saying no device found and then it syncs but the exercise I did this morning hasn't registered.. everything else updates when it syncs but still says 2 days of exercise done whereas I've done 3.. plse help..I've restarted phone and fitbit and switched off bluetooth countless times... nothing

My charge 3 hasn’t been syncing properly for over a month. Fitbit tell me it’s a widespread problem and they’re working on it. I have tried EVERY fix many times. Nothing works. It syncs maybe once a day randomly, loses time and is so frustrating, I’m starting to hate it. Yesterday it also stopped showing any exercise other than my morning walk. I really hate it now - worse than useless. I thought it was just me. It isn’t. Fitbit are not sorting this out quickly enough and keep giving people individual fixes which don’t work or only work for a few hours, then stop working again. I would never buy anything from Fitbit again. I’ve had my charge 3 for only a few months and it’s currently pointless using it.

Add me to the list. Since yesterday my Charge 3 isn't auto-syncing my exercises. It briefly added yesterday's after manually adding a "walk", but deleted them as soon as I deleted the "walk" I had added. Then this morning it didn't sync yesterday's data (steps, calories burned) UNTIL I manually added steps. So far it hasn't deleted these after deleting my manually added ones. I just came back from a 30 minutes walk, no exercise synced/added. I have my Charge 3 for about 6 weeks and haven't had any problems until yesterday. What gives?

I've tried resetting it, but nothing happens, walked for about an hour this afternoon and it's not showing, did clock the steps, but would really be nice that it would automatically add the exercise.

I am also having issues with my exercise not auto-recognizing. I am happy to see I am not the only one, but it's very frustrating. I have done all of the things I've read to do: logged out and back in to the app, force quit the app, change auto-recognize setting from 15 minutes to 14 minutes, restarted my device, all to not avail!

My fit bit charge 3 also not auto recognising exercise since Monday- tried rebooting repeated syncing etc no change now for 2 days - last exercise recorded monday lunchtime:((

I have been having this problem for weeks. I'm tired of contacting Fitbit and being brushed off. If you are aware of the problem...Fix It!

I often have problems syncing but usually gets there in the end. However, my exercise has not been tracked since Monday (though active minutes is showing).

I’ve been tweeting Fitbit daily for so long that they have congratulated me on my effort, whilst telling me yet again, to “be patient” and they’re still “working on it.”
