Hi,my charge 3 is saying no device found and then it syncs but the exercise I did this morning hasn't registered.. everything else updates when it syncs but still says 2 days of exercise done whereas I've done 3.. plse help..I've restarted phone and fitbit and switched off bluetooth countless times... nothing

Same problem here. My exercise from yesterday and today not picked up. I have tweeted fitbit. Seems to be a lot of us having the same issue

I just spent 15 minutes on a live chat and was of course told they have never heard of this issue. They suggested I check the community, so I asked the agent if she checked the community? If she did, she would know that there are many users experiencing the same problem. After all that, they recommended I do a re-start. I did mention to her that others have tried it with no luck...

Had the same issue starting yesterday morning - recorded minutes, but without any activity logged, even after intense exercise. So I chatted with Fitbit support and it is almost a completely waste of time. First, trying to tell me how Fitbit works; I told them I have tried restart, long restart, phone on and off, reduce and add minute to the minimum minute setting. Finally, the guy admitted that they are aware of the issues and working "hard" on it. I asked him why he did not tell me at the beginning of the conversation?! Anyway, it seems worked last night and stopped working again this morning. Now it is working again, however, I am not sure if that will change. Too many issues with Charge 3 and their support people seem have no idea about ongoing major issues!

I just noticed that I’m having the same problem. I have it to auto recognize a walk of 15 or more minutes. I’ve had a minimum of 70 minutes each day this week, which is shown in the active minutes, but shows 0 days of exercise.

Had I known, I would not have bought this device! This is not the first time I've had this problem-but it's the first time I've complained about it on line. So good to know that I'm not alone in my frustrustion! Thanks.

I've had the same problem. Even to the point this morning it wouldn't even connect with my Bluetooth. Other things would connect to the Bluetooth just fine. I had to take my charge 3 off of my profile and reset it and than add it back on. It lost data. It was working fine for a few months without a problem and started acting up yesterday.
Now it won't sync since I left my house and the WiFi?

Same here. Monday afternoon it started acting up. Online help said to switch wrists. Yeah, right

I've been on with two different people today. Both came up with trying my tracker on my dominant wrist so the smart track can recognize my movement better. UGH! Really?
