SmartTrack activities aren't syncing

Hi,my charge 3 is saying no device found and then it syncs but the exercise I did this morning hasn't registered.. everything else updates when it syncs but still says 2 days of exercise done whereas I've done 3.. plse help..I've restarted phone and fitbit and switched off bluetooth countless times... nothing

I am having a similar issue in that since Monday my app is not auto-recognising any exercise.  Annoying!

My exercise isn’t updating either. So annoying as I managed my first 10k run in a year and the steps have registered but nothing else.

Me too. As of yesterday I walked to and from work as normal and also did a 4 mile run later but none of it registered. The steps were there but the exercise itself was not.

Mine hasn't synced exercise since Monday, active minutes are ok, but doesn't recognise walks etc.

I am on phone with FITBIT right now. Looking for the issue,   doesn't seem to see any problem but he still looking.

They said try this.  

 

To restart Charge 3 using the 15-second method

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable. 
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds. 
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration. 
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur. 
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again

I emailed FITBIT support to tell them the instructions you tried did not work.   I don't have my charger with me so I could not try it.

 

See if they answer

Mine to. It hasn't been syncing up since the day before. It didn't add all my steps, but it's also tracking the steps from yesterday that I did.

Mine has only now reflected the exercise I did today and updated my days to
3... before I was on 2 out of 7
