I don’t know if you’ve found out but I’ve just updated my Fitbit app but there’s no SPO2 chart / reading but I haven’t gone to bed yet so hoping yes it will be there in the morning as someone said in the community that it will be around the 22nd of this month

Just noticed my SpO2 graph in my sleep section.  Not sure when this started as I have not been using the charge 3 since 1st of Feb.  My charts show up all the way back to Jan 2.  Again this chart called the Estimated Oxygen Variation and can be found in the Sleep section of the app.

@Mafeeney did you get a sleep score and sleep stages this morning? Both are required before you will get an EOV chart.

Today I tried rebooting my charge 3. When holding the button pressed with the charger connected it showed a progress line divided into five parts. I disconnected the charging cable and after that a smiley showed up. I restarted my phone, and synced again showing up the spo2 graphs. In my case I could even display graphs from 13 December 2019. I guess this feature is being activated coming days.

That is what I thought, @Mafeeney without a sleep score, you will not see the EOV.

As mentioned. The Fitbit app should tell you why your only seeing simple sleep.

I have the EOV window showing up in the Sleep area of the app, but it's blank.  I have a sleep score for each night, but no EOV data.

Have you tried restarting your fitbit?

As stated a few days ago, I've started seeing the EOV chart. Except I have to reset the Charge 3 every day otherwise it's not there...

Will the EOV be available for the Charge 2 eventually?

I don’t believe the Charge 2 has the additional sp02 sensor needed to read it.

That's correct @mrg923

I tried the 15-second reset a few times (boy is it tricky to get it to fill the bar!) but still no SpO2 graph for me. Or rather, I see an empty graph.

Did you do anything specific with the (Android) app? I tried this with the app open, closed, and after a data reset (meaning I had to log in to the app again from scratch). None of these resulted in any data appearing in the SP02 graph.

I bought my Charge 3 two days ago while traveling in the Netherlands (now back in the US) and it's running firmware 28.20001.63.5 with Android app version 3.15.

Success! This morning the SPO2 graph showed data.

I did nothing extra after the multiple 15-second resets and resetting the app. The data is still missing for the first two nights I had it, so it seems like it didn't actually track anything for those days. It looks like it first started tracking last night after the resets.

Anyway, I'm happy. Thanks for the tip!

Hello everyone,

I am looking for some support.

I have the Charge 3, firmware version 28.20001.63.5.

The app is on an Android device, version 3.4.2.

I never saw the SPO2 chart. To me, the sleep tab only has the sleep score and the detailed breakdown between light/rem/deep sleep. Nothing else as I do not have premium.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, to reboot the Charge 3 and also cleared the user data from the Charge 3. Still nothing. Am I missing something?

EDIT: Just to add,  the sensor seems to be working, every night there is always the red light active (has been like that since at least December).

Hi,

I’ve had the blank chart for a while now.

I’m running what I presume is the current version 28.20001.63.5. as my Charge 3 updated the other day and current iOS app version.

I’ve had full sleep info on the app but no spo2 readings.

I haven’t noticed the red led on mine except after it rebooted, it flashed a couple of times.

I have rebooted the Charge 3 but no difference, still blank spo2 chart.

I'm not on Premium and hope it will not become a Premium feature!
