purchased fitbit inspire 3 weeks ago ~ screen won't scroll. Only displays time. No trauma to the unit at all. Although it's supposed to be swim-friendly, I haven't gotten in the pool with it on, and I don't shower wearing it. The book that came with the fitbit has absolutely no troubleshooting info. Info online is sparse. Can anyone help? Since the screen won't scroll, I can't shut it off to try to reset it...

Best AnswerThanks so much, I used your suggestion about connecting to the charging cord, making sure the Fitbit was connected correctly, pressed the button for the 5 seconds, the Fitbit vibrated, and the smily face appeared. I can scroll again. Thank you.

Best AnswerReset by plugging it in and holding the button in longer. I had tried following the directions several times (I don't remember how many seconds it said, but that didn't work.) I just held the button in until it came back up. Not sure how long that was.
