Fitbit Inspire won't scroll

purchased fitbit inspire 3 weeks ago ~ screen won't scroll.  Only displays time.  No trauma to the unit at all.  Although it's supposed to be swim-friendly, I haven't gotten in the pool with it on, and I don't shower wearing it.  The book that came with the fitbit has absolutely no troubleshooting info.  Info online is sparse.  Can anyone help?  Since the screen won't scroll, I can't shut it off to try to reset it...

My Fitbit Inspire HR quite scrolling.  I did the reset 5 times, I let the battery drain and charged up and did the reset again - 5 times.  Now the clock face locked up and I can't change the clock face or scroll.  Also I noticed starting this week, the battery is draining quite fast.  It normally lasts 1 week and now it's lasted 2 days (it happened twice this week).  What else can I do.  It's like just having a watch and I have plenty of watches.

I finally had to request replacement,  which they honored and are sending. However,  hold on to your band and charger because they replace only the device. My fitbit was only 6 months old and a gift to me.

The person who bought the gift for me contacted them on their website,  but my email account was tired to Geithner so they reached out to me. Simple form to fill out via email .. and shipped out next day. . very easy..i could have contacted them initially I'm certain

My Inspire won't scroll i've done the factory reset, plugging into a USB, attaching to the magnet, saw the smiley face, but it still won't scroll.  Are the any other ideas on how to make it scroll, it's basically a watch for me right now.  I know its still counting my steps but i don't want to have to open my app whenever i want to see how far i've gone for the day.  Any help would be great

I had to go to fitbit website and request replacement, which they are sending...mine was less than 6 months old.Keep band and charger because they only send fitbit itself! It appears the no scrolling is common issue

I called Fitbit and they are replacing mine also since it stopped scrolling and resets weren’t working. love how easy and how great they were.

just lost its battery real fast and wouldn’t charge up agin

Mine was about 6 monrhs old. They did replace the fitbit itself after i sent request, but i had to keep same charger and band..it is working now. I love it but they do appear to have many challenges!

People have noted that they restarted it several times and that it didn't work. It's the same for me. I know how to plug in my Fitbit and charge it. How else would I be able to use it?
