purchased fitbit inspire 3 weeks ago ~ screen won't scroll. Only displays time. No trauma to the unit at all. Although it's supposed to be swim-friendly, I haven't gotten in the pool with it on, and I don't shower wearing it. The book that came with the fitbit has absolutely no troubleshooting info. Info online is sparse. Can anyone help? Since the screen won't scroll, I can't shut it off to try to reset it...

My Fitbit Inspire HR quite scrolling. I did the reset 5 times, I let the battery drain and charged up and did the reset again - 5 times. Now the clock face locked up and I can't change the clock face or scroll. Also I noticed starting this week, the battery is draining quite fast. It normally lasts 1 week and now it's lasted 2 days (it happened twice this week). What else can I do. It's like just having a watch and I have plenty of watches.

My Inspire won't scroll i've done the factory reset, plugging into a USB, attaching to the magnet, saw the smiley face, but it still won't scroll. Are the any other ideas on how to make it scroll, it's basically a watch for me right now. I know its still counting my steps but i don't want to have to open my app whenever i want to see how far i've gone for the day. Any help would be great

People have noted that they restarted it several times and that it didn't work. It's the same for me. I know how to plug in my Fitbit and charge it. How else would I be able to use it?
