Inspire HR display blinking

Hi, I had my Inspire HR just under a year when the display screen started blinking.  On... off.on...off.on...off on...  It's super annoying.  I searched these pages and saw advice for changing the clock face -- did that, still blinking; restarting it -- still blinking; letting the battery run down then fully charging it -- still.blinking.  Is there something else I can do?  Is there something else FITBIT can do?  I'd like to use this product; it's super annoying that I cannot.

I have the same problem...bought about this time in 2020...May.

 

Yes. Battery is dying .... 30% per day or more...now.

Mine had just started doing the same thing. It’s flashing, plus I can’t scroll to any other screens, such as messages or stopwatch.

Thank you for getting back to me. I restarted my watch about 5 times and left it on the charger all night. It seems to be working now.

My Fitbit Inspire HR is not working at all now. I’ve had it since February 2020, and it now is basically useless. I wore it for a while today, and it wouldn’t scroll, and the battery died after a few hours. Is there anything I can do?

I am having the same. I had no trouble and then all of a sudden yesterday the scroll stopped working for no reason. I thought is was something that I did, but sounds like it is an issue maybe with the update like you want me to buy a new one so you. Then I wake up after wearing it to bed and it is blinking on and off. 

I have already contacted support and I find it strange that the only two options of help you could provide was restart and change the clock face. 

then I get and email that says it is out of warranty and that I can buy another one for 35% off the original price and I haven’t even had mine for two years yet. I can’t afford to buy I new one but I see ones in the store that I just may have to say I am done with Fitbit because of all the trouble I have had with them over the past four years and I have had two different models. I find it strange that it was working before the last update and then three days later I am having trouble.

 

Seems like what Apple was doing to there products in updates. Updates would send out causing your phone to act up just so you would have to buy the latest model of phone and send money you didn’t have.

Hi. So I was mistaken, and my fit bit never did work again. I am considering purchasing the Inspire 2, but am reluctant to pay the full price since my last fit bit lasted only a year and a half. Is there anything you can do for me?  Thank you in advance.

I will tell you, I contacted the Support team and I was told that the only thing they could offer was 35% and nothing more that they could offer.  I have also had mine for a year an d a half before it started messing up.  I mean for the price and I paid and it to only last that long I am just as hesitant as you.

Hi, I have been using my Fitbit Inspire for the past two years. And last couple of days, I too am facing the problem of the screen blinking and draining off the battery. Tried restarting as instructed but it did not help. Any suggestions how it can be fixed.Thanks in advance

Never did get it to work. I contacted Fitbit, and they sent me a new one for (if I remember correctly) 30% off.

This happening to me too. I have restarted several times, changed the clock face, updated it also several times. And nothing has fixed it. The screen also does not scroll.
