Inspire HR not receiving text notifications

I recently purchased an inspire hr and for some reason am not receding text notifications. I receive notifications for phone calls, so I’m not quite sure what is going on. I already tried removing the inspire from my account and then re-adding it, I’ve reset the inspire, I have reset the notifications in the app, and I’ve restarted my iPhone. I also have selected all three alerts in my notification settings on my phone. Is there anything else I could try?

None of the suggestions worked for me. I am still not receiving text notifications. All other notifications seem to work fine...Calls, apps but just not text messages. I have an Iphone XS Max that is working off of IOS 13 and is up to date. I'd like to get some helpful feedback .

I am having a similar issue.  My text notifications continue to quit working.  If I restart my iPhone X, then the text notifications will work for a while but eventually they stop coming through.  I have done all of the trouble shooting (deleted app, removed from Bluetooth and added back, checked notifications in the phone) and nothing will keep these coming through to my Fitbit Inspire HR.  I'm getting very frustrated with this issue.

This is my issue!!! I get calls but the texts will work then not work.. i have deleted the Fitbit inspire hr and added again... i have check notifications so many times ... i keep hoping something will come again . Lost!!!! Help.

I have updated my iphonexr to the newest version. iOS 13.

I think I may have found a solution, I was having the same problem. Make sure your option for Show Previews in Message is set to Always. Mine was on Never and it wouldn’t allow the messages to come to my Fitbit. Figures it out after I reset all of my settings and started receiving text messages on the Fitbit. When I went to change Show Previews to Never the text stop coming in. Changed it back to Always and all my messages have been coming through. I hope this helps.

I did all of that I updated my phone to iOS 13 and it stopped working but then I googled it and then followed all the things that they told me to do and I’m getting all notifications like Snapchat, Instagram, calls, but not getting any iMessages

I have allowed the Preview for messages and it still will stop sending them to my Fitbit.  It works for a couple of hours and then it stops until I restart my phone.

Hi! If you "forget" your fitbit in your bluetooth settings and reconnect, then go to the fitbit app and re-sync the bluetooth to the device, that should work!

Idk if you have figured it out already but if you have an iPhone show previews in text notifications has to be on.

I have all of the notification styles on and it works.. sometimes. 

Plenty of messages go through undetected though.

Going to bump a post from lower down in this thread.  In your message settings for notifications, check the notification center one.  Once I did this, it worked just fine.  Surprising how none of the Fitbit techs knew of this.

I had to go into iPhone settings > notifications > text messages > and then previews to always on. Then it worked on my Fitbit!

Settings-> Notifications-> Messages -> Checkmark all Alerts! This worked for me!
