Inspire HR not receiving text notifications

I recently purchased an inspire hr and for some reason am not receding text notifications. I receive notifications for phone calls, so I’m not quite sure what is going on. I already tried removing the inspire from my account and then re-adding it, I’ve reset the inspire, I have reset the notifications in the app, and I’ve restarted my iPhone. I also have selected all three alerts in my notification settings on my phone. Is there anything else I could try?

I was not receiving texts either, but I was receiving calls. I read this forum and tried everything it said.  In Account on Fitbit app under notifications I had messages on but under that in the App notification I didn’t have the Fitbit app turned on. That solved my problem!!

My inspire HR was receiving both text and call notifications until today.  Now I am not receiving any notifications.  I checked all my setting and reset the phone several times but nothing seems to work.

I went into Bluetooth in my phone and forgot device and the searched for it and reconnected it. It began to receive text and notifications again

Thanks for the tip. I have an Iphone 10 and am prompted to update the IOS
regularly. Every time I update the IOS something goes wrong with the
connection with my Fitbit Inspire HR. I then have to go in and check all
the connections. Right now I am receiving texts and phone calls on my
Fitbit Inspire HR. I had a Fitbit Alta for years and did not have this
issue. I also found the battery on the Inspire HR does not last as long as
the Alta and I constantly have to reset my phone in order to get the
Inspire HR to sync with my phone.

This worked for me after trying everything.  The only issue is that now my text previews also show up on my iPhone screen which I was trying to avoid.  I guess you can't have it all!  Lol

My fit bit will still receive text notifications with my phone set to show preview only when unlocked.
If my phone is locked I still receive the notification on FB.

I am having the same issue and I have an android. I receive all other notifications except the texts. It was working and then stopped suddenly. Can someone from Fitbit assist?

I have an Android phone and I can't receive txt or call notification. Been like this for a few days. I have tried everything but nothing works.

This is the fix, guys. I tried everything else too. I removed and downloaded the fitbit app, I power cycled my phone, power cycled my fitbit, cycled my bluetooth, always had the message center on, etc. Turning your previews on is what will push the notifications to the fitbit. I prefer not to have my message previews show up on my phone, so I set it to 'only when unlocked'. I hope it keeps working!
