Inspire HR won't turn on

I put my Fitbit Inspire HR on the charger as I had previously done, but the display has stayed black, and it is randomly vibrating. Sometimes, a happy face will appear, then fades away and the screen stays black.

I bought my first Inspire at Costco, had it for 11 months and they refunded my money instantly.  Bought a new one at Amazon, but I don't think they would be as generous as Costco.  I'm hopeful with all these complaints that Fitbit got the bugs worked out.  Otherwise I might go to Brand X for half the price.

The screen on my Fitbit went black, for about a week. After almost continually having it plugged in, for most of that time, I tried pushing the button and holding it in for 10 seconds and away it went. Hasn’t skipped a beat since. Hope you get yours figured out. It’s pretty frustrating.

I just received my tracker I charged it and try to Bluetooth it to my phone and my phone does not find it in my Bluetooth is on I press the button on the side of the tracker and held it and it does not vibrate and there is no 🙂 all I see you say is Fitbit.com and I’m on Fitbit.com community it’s frustrating

I had to change clock face. On app on phone. Mine was eliminated. Now it works

I've had 2 Inspire HR since Dec. do the same thing. So they sent  me a new one this week & it was the same exact way. Never did turn on my was charged & tracking. UGH...SO FRUSTRATED

I put mine on the charger for 5 minutes took it off then pressed the button for 2 minutes it took a bit but it worked

Same here! I returned mine and the second replacement is working fine.
I think they must have received a bad batch from manufacturer or bad part.
There are just too many people with the same problem!

That's terrible so many were bad.  I bought my first one over a year ago and I thought they would have worked out the bugs by now.  Now I'm not too confident I won't be in the same boat again with a defective product.

This is my first one and I wasn't going to buy this one at first..i can't remember which I looked at first..i only had the one issue so far..all good otherwise

When I got my new fitbit in Dec. I totally removed my old one from my account.

Looked up the "fix" followed the instructions and mine has worked fine
since. Do exactly as it says.

Two replacements (I think the first one was just my original Inspire HR returned to me)...

... neither worked. Asked for and received a refund....

 

Will try elsewhere...
