Inspire broken at point band attaches; band won't attach. In another forum I saw that others had the same problem. It's not the band, it's that the band won't stay attached because a tiny piece of plastic broke off the Inspire.

Yes. Mine was between 1 and 2 years old, so out of warranty, so customer service have me a
15% off coupon and I bought an inspire 2.

I had my first Inspire about 10 months when this happened to me. I was under warranty so they sent me a new watch--not band--just the watch. The second one broke in the same place at about 10 months. Reached out and said it was not under warranty even though second one was worn less than a year. Obviously there is a defect in the workmanship or design. They offered me a 35 percent discount to buy another another. Why would I chose to trust that another one would be any better.? I am going to take my business else where as I do not perceive they care about their customers.

Thanks for the link to the bands. I just got the 3 pack today and they fit great. I do have small wrists, but there is plenty of room for probably most adults. I was going crazy trying to figure out how to rig something. My husband kept telling me to buy a new one, but there was nothing wrong with the Fitbit! I was well past the warranty. Thanks again! I have the same issue. I have been a fitbit customer for many years, and last year replaced by broken HR Alta witn Inspire - one of the reasons I have stayed a customer is the flexibility of changing straps, and the Inspire is the worst of al - I have purchased a number of new straps and just cannot change them easily - I am willing to upgrade to a new Fitbit, but one with HR and also with an easy mechanism for changing straps - what do you suggest

I have decided to no longer be a Fitbit customer. I've been a customer for over 5 years, but this experience with the Inspire has made me decide to go to another company.

Sadly mine has done the same thing and I’m not sure why? I haven’t been rough on my Fitbit and always take precautions to insure it won’t be damaged but it still broke 😞 is there a way to get this fixed or is just a lost cause kind of thing? I’m super sad without my Fitbit 😞

Fitibit will not replace. My first watch broke around 10 months, so it was under warranty. They sent me a new or rebuilt one and I had to use my original band. Exactly 10 months, the same thing happened again. I reached out to FitBit and they said out of warranty. Even though the second watch lasted less than a year.
I am switching to a new company. Until I get my new watch, I asked my husband to super glue the band it as worthless anyway and it is working.

I ordered these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087CT5K2R/ref=emc_b_5_t and they work perfect- they are actually primarily for the kids Ace, but are big enough probably for most adults. It gives the measurement of the bands in the description.

My band is fine. It is actually where the band locks into the watch that is broken. So the band comes off, but now my husband super glued it and I'm using it until my new watch, which is not a Fit Bit arrives.

i think the watch is defective and I told Fit Bit that, but of course they will not agree. For what they cost, they ought to last longer than a few months. You can try super glue as that is what I did and is working. But I am working away from Fit Bits and I've had one for many years. I've bought a different watch.

How disappointing, this has just happened to me for the second time. After several emails/ photos etc I got a replacement in February..... the replacement has just broken in the sane way. Seems a bad design 😞

I had the same issue. Mine occurred within 6 months of getting my tracker. I contacted FitBit and they replaced my tracker for free. It just occurred this week and I contacted FitBit again and was just informed that I am no longer under warranty so they can not replace my tracker. This sucks! Obviously, it is the same issue. This seems to be a common occurrence with this item. The should really fix this issue. Now, I have to decide if I want to try another tracker or smart watch from FitBit or go to a different company altogether. I really expected more from FitBit on this issue!
