I have gone through 2 Fitbit Versas. The shelf life of this watch seems to be 2 to 3 months before it starts acting up. The heart rate stops reading accurately. It begins wildly overestimating your heart's BPM during light activity like sitting. No activity recorded (of course because you're just sitting) but your heart rate will register in the cardio or peak zone. Having this one inaccurate reading causes a cascade effect... Your calories burned are wildly inaccurate, sleep data off... Two Versas in the span of 6 months, same issue. Apparently Fitbit techs are aware of the problem. Months later they still have no workable solution. I had to badger Fitbit customer service to honor their company warranty and replace my watch the first go round. Now I'm just disgusted with it. Chalk it up to loss. Heed the warning and save youself some aggravation.

Good for you! Their customer service only gave me lip service, lengthy
suggestions and excuses. I need a watch that can endure my goals. This is
not that.

Good luck with that...Im on my third and all they offered me was the same product or 50% off on another watch or new watch. Since the Versa 2 is equal junk I don't think I will invest in that. Time to cut my losses and buy an Apple watch.

Yes this will be my 3rd versa that has been eplaced, I've had 5.

I had two versas and both were garbage. I finally made the switch to an Apple Watch. Guess what, it just works! I’m saving money on rice. Never getting a Fitbit again. What happened to you Fitbit? You used to be cool.

I've had my Versa since it came out. Really had few problems.. Then yesterday, it stopped sending text or call notifications.  I used the help app and followed all the trouble shooting steps.  Nothing helped.  Call Customer Service.  Lady had an attitude as if I were stupid.  She went through all the steps I previously did ,then said it would work but couldn't stay on the line for me to test it. Well guess what, still didn't work!! Called back. Then the guy this time said they did an update and now my phone didn't go through the testing so those features won't work!!! They're working to fix it but have no idea how long that will be!   Are you serious?   Do an update that make some features disappear and bacisly say, oops sorry about your luck. Just won't work now.    Told him I'll be looking for a device that will consistently keep working.   Obviously Fitbit only cares about sales, not customer satisfaction!

I had the same thing happen to mine. Unfortunately the second time this happened was out of the warranty window and they won’t replace it.

I have had the same problems and also problems with the screen and battery! I am awaiting for them to send out my third Fitbit in 4 months! They have now sent an email to say that the pebble I had is no longer available would I accept a graphite one with graphite straps, unfortunately this is not for me I chose the colour I did because I liked it. I have requested a full refund but know that this is unlikely. If I do get a full refund I’ll be going to Apple!

For me my left button doesn't work, like at all, but I can reset the device by holding all of them.. And I have no like "back" option. I feel as tho out of ever ten devices it's about 5 of them are faulty. My girlfriend just for it for me like, a week ago
