Fitbit Versa screen not working

My screen has completely gone blank wont respond at all battery fully charged but nothing.

Hi @SunsetRunner  Try restarting your Versa a few times even if you get no response. If that doesnt fix it then please come back here.

Let me help you with your Versa screen not responding and thank you for restarting like @NellyG suggested. Since the issue persist please let our Support team know about it. I noticed that you already have a ticket so please work with them to find a solution.
