Fitbit versa stopped working suddenly

My fitbit versa stopped working all of sudden.

Tried many tips provides on the community forum but in vein.

 

Problem: Black screen (rather nothing on the display), if I put it on charger, it shows 0% for 1 sec and then 100%. If I take it off the charge, it’s dead again.

Tried unlinking it from the iPhone app, re-configured again but no luck still.

Have a feeling that the watch has given up.

 

This is important for me because I took part it National Walking Month event and I need to ensure my steps are accurately captured.

Any help is highly appreciated!

Just wanted to reach out again and wanted to know if this happen to you again. I was in touch with you at the beginning of the month and followed your instruction and it worked. Now not even a month later same thing happen but unfortunately the solution that worked last time has not worked this time. I have reached out to customer service as well to see if there is any other solution. Interesting enough one I was on again last time I did follow the instruction on how to update the software thinking that could been part of the problem if the software was not updated. I would try that again although I can’t seem to get it to power up. Though I was able to get it to display 0% showing but would shut down right away. I really do love this watch just a shame it has not lasted that long. It will be 3 years old this December.
Some time I think it might be an easy fix just not sure what that is.

Hello, sorry to hear your watch quit "again"! Mine is still working. You might try to leave your watch on the charger overnite, than follow the steps we did before. Hope that will work! Take care.

Sadly, my 15-month-old versa stopped working. I have tried all the resets offered. Stopped connecting to Bluetooth after I updated my Iphone. So frustrating.
