I have the honor 10 and have been fuming as it wouldnt sync at all. It was becoming a pain in the end and fitbit were no help at all
I tried all the tips they tell you to but to no avail but have found one myself
Go to settings
System and reset settings
Reset network settings
This completely resets the bluetooth and its worked for me... Been on for over 24 hours now. Id have been lucky to get it to work for 24 seconds before
Hope it can help others

Hello,
I just sent you a mail with the instructions, you missed something in the setup process.
But anyway, I can not guarantee that your tracker, and your huawei/honor phone will sync perfectly with my fix, but most of the cases (phone and tracker combination) it is working, and solves the problem permanently. My wife have a honor10 phone and versa smartwatch, and she had many sync problem before I made the fix. Now, its working without any issue for one month with my fix.
When you want to extend the trial period just uninstall and install my app, this will reset the trial period.
But when you reinstall my application, you have to do all the steps in instructions again.
For those who are new to the forum, this is the fix: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hu.czandor.fitbitsyncfix

Czandor it looks like it works now. 2 days receiving notifications after installing the trial version. Yestarday removed app and stopped working. After reinstalling works again. I don't know what does app do but at least now it is working. Thank you so much! What a shame that fitbit engineers can not fix it by themselves

At this point, calling them engineers seems rather generous. Either they're a bunch of hacks, or they have terrible management forcing them to create piles of technical debt and go on constant death marches. Either way, if they don't sort their issues out soon, their next earnings call is going to be dismal and people will start panic dumping FIT shares.

Totally agree @peterwalker78. Crazy how a line person sees a problem, and fixes it and is generous enough to share with others at a very reasonable cost, but yet a huge corporation like Fitbit has moderators that just tells you to uninstall and reinstall the app. Theyre not even working on a solution.

Czandor you are a star. How nice is feel the vibrations on wrist now. You should post on fitbit Facebook group and versa users group as people don't know how to fix it

Hiya, jumping on your post as there's not much on the Ionic threads. My Ionic worked fine (eventually) with my P9 but ive just had an Honor 10 and its all gone wrong! Had a week or so off it syncing fine but now nothing I've already tried unpair/pair, uninstall/reinstall app, Bluetooth off/Bluetooth on things and had the standard 'not compatible' response from Fitbit 😒 Open to any other suggestions 👍

It's been like magic! I've only used the 'fix once' option but will do the permanent one when I get time to look at the instructions properly. Used it twice so far and it's been fab!
