How do I perform a factory reset in my Versa?

How do I factory reset my Versa? Wipe it off.

I got them to send me a replacement. I was told that if your versa is
locked, the resets won't work with the buttons.

Btw I don't think it needs to be connected to power supply as well. But of
it is locked nothing works, but replacement.

I had to send mine back to the company and they sent me a new watch with a
charger and 2 bands

Hi my Fitbit has literally died. Stopped working all of a sudden!! How can I resolve this I have tried holding the buttons blah blah, nothing is working. Only had 12months!!!!

I had to contact the fitbit company through email explained what was going on, they gave me a an address to mail my watch to and then they sent me a new one.

I went to settings and did a factory reset.  How long dies it take?  Its been a while

I had problems teo occasion and eventually fitbit offered a replacement . I
bought through Amazon which is good customer service wise.

I figured out why o had trouble. I had to remove my versa from the app and
then add it. Thanks for the reply

I couldn't do a factory reset, I had to send my fitbit back to the company
and they sent me a brand new one with a charger and a few bands.

If followed the instructions without the versa in the charging cradle and it worked for me, my touch screen was unresponsive but once I did the 3 button reset I got the vibration and hey presto the screen suddenly works..!!

Same here, I can't get past this as well. My fibit  time was off by an hour and a half , but I reset it when it would not connect. Now nothing can't redownload software and doesn't connect.

Well after the reset my Fitbit completely died. I’m going back to the retailer apparently Fitbit has a 2 year warranty, I’ve no idea how you call Fitbit especially if you live in Australia, just go back to where you purchased it.

ive no idea. I just went back to where I purchased the Fitbit and they replaced it and in the process I’ve been able to get the new versa 2 which hopefully will last longer than 14 months.

I called Fitbit customer service, told them what steps i performed, and in under 2 minutes the kind gentleman processed a 100% replacement. It arrrived in a few days with zero cost to me. Great service! Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device
