My left button isn’t working on my Versa. Managed to do a factory reset but now it is stuck on the “hold for shortcuts” start screen. I can’t clear this as my left button doesn’t work. Help ???

someone suggested using alcohol so I tried that and my left button works
again. I just used a cotton bud and kept running it over the button then
pressing till it worked

How much alcohol did you use? I tried it with a cotton swab (q-tip) and it doesn’t really apply that much alcohol. It didn’t work for mine. I’m wondering if I need to use a lot more. What’s a cotton bud?

My left button isn’t working and I don’t know how you can fix it on Fitbit Versa 2 since there’s only left button, that’s it.

There’s no buttons on the right side on Fitbit Versa 2. There’s only 1 button and that’s on the left.

Put quite a bit of alcohol on the button and let it sit a few minutes. Take tweezers and slowly pull button up. I will finally release.

I literally cannot do anything with my left button. It doesn’t even press down when you press on it.
more like it’s already pressed. But it doesn’t do anything at all now.
i can tap my screen and that’s it. M
