I have a Versa 2 and an iPhone X and cannot seem to get my text messages to my watch. All the settings are on to receive notifications on phone & watch. I had no issue with this and the blaze. Help please:)

When the phone manufacture puts out an update to their phone and it will no longer work correctly with another companies watch why is it the watch companies fault? Some of you people are out of control. Samsung and Apple updated their devices and broke things, not Fitbit. Get real people. Fitbit will fix the issue but remember they didn't cause it. They did not change anything. They should have been included in research and development for Samsung and Apple before they pushed out updates. Many of you people just don't get it.

My sleep mode wasn't on. Only thing I can say is Fitbit finally got to some of the Android phones.

My sleep mode wasn't on either. I have had the message + on my phone forever. I can only figure they finally got to my Android phone. It synced the other day and the texts were coming through.

I have a Samsung Galaxy s10+ and to let you know my Fitbit stopped working before my update thank you so some of the blame is on both parties and if they've known about this for months it still shouldn't take this long to fix the problem so yes we have a right to voice our opinion

I did post I was having problems and then when it got fixed. I posted again. I also emailed Fitbit directly too. I have no idea why you are acting like I didn't post. I have and always do in this forum. That's what it's for.

OK well my Versa 2 works as advertised and I tried helping but I won't keep trying if others wont listen. I am sorry If I offended anyone with my posts but I was only trying to help in the beginning but now I am done. I hope the moderators close this thread soon. It has gotten out of control and is not helpful.

I'm not sure, but it is likely that Verizon Message+ only works on phones on the Verizon network. However, if you have a Samsung phone, so can download the Google Message app from the Play Store and it will work (at least it worked for me).

Had issues but solved them with Google Messenger. I posted this recommendation at the beginning of this thread. It's amazing how people don't accept help if it isn't done their way. Simple switch to Google Messenger until Fitbit puts out a fix. Then if you must, switch back. Besides as I said in the beginning Google Messenger is better as it lets you get your text messages on your PC, Tablet, and phone using messenger.com. Since doing this I have had no issues.
