Versa 2 won't swipe

I can see the home screen on my Versa 2 but can’t do anything from there. On the rare occasion I can get it to move to another page, I can’t get anything to work when I touch an icon. I’ve restarted it multiple times and charged it to see if either of those would help but nothing changed.

You gotta call customer support. They had me send a video of the swiping function knot working and then sent me an email with an ordered free replacement the next day. It was super easy. It seems like a lot of people are having issues with the Versa 2 for the same thing.

Does anyone know how to shut off an alarm on the Versa 2? Like delete an alarm that has been set. Because my display doesn’t work and I can’t swipe I cannot turn the alarm off on the device. And when the alarm does go off the display doesn’t allow me to click on the “check mark” in the corner to shut the alarm off either.
Fitbit is sending a replacement device but it keeps getting delayed by fed ex so it’s taking a while

I am unable to restart my Versa2. The screen will not move past the home screen. How do I proceed?

Verse 2 will not swipe, if restarted for about15 minutes I can swipe. Worked fine until received an update.

I am having the same issue, most of the time my screen doesn’t wake up and when it does it won’t let me swipe to access anything else on my watch. I have tried restarting the device and that doesn’t seem to do anything. Any help on how to possibly fix this so I can use actually use my watch would be greatly appreciated!!

This is also happening to me!  inconsistent troubles - sometimes won't swipe, sometimes re-sets itself, sometimes unresponsive when I push the button.  I've had this since it came out in September and have never had any problems until about a week ago.  I've changed the clock face back to a fitbit one, that didn't help.  HELP PLEASE!

My watch won’t swipe  I restarted it but it still doesn’t work. Chatted with support team but was unable to transmit video. 

also annoyed that stairs etc aren’t counted unless I have my phone with me. Why bother with the watch.

Mine is doing the same thing, can't get to the icons and if I do they won't work!  I also have an alarm going off every night at 11 that I have no idea where it came from so I can't find any place to turn it off!

Very frustrating!  I suggest you contact Customer Service and they should help you, that's what I did, and after troubleshooting with me and since I"m still in the warranty period...they are sending me a new one.

I just purchased the Versa 2 today, took it home and went through set up. The watch doesn’t swipe, no touch options are working.

Oh that is sooooo disappointing!  I love this fitbit and I am disappointed that it isn't working great right now. I have heard from several people if you call the support number they will help you or send you a new one!

Try restarting. If that doesn’t work contact customer support. They are sending me a new one. Good luck.
