Versa 2 won't swipe

I can see the home screen on my Versa 2 but can’t do anything from there. On the rare occasion I can get it to move to another page, I can’t get anything to work when I touch an icon. I’ve restarted it multiple times and charged it to see if either of those would help but nothing changed.

Fitbit are sending me a new pebble of the versa 2. 

 

Hopefully it lasts longer than 2 months

Best to call Fitbit support...if they can't fix it and it's still under
warranty, they'll ship you a new watch...I got my replacement one last week.

Miraculously after I charged my Versa 2 I was able to swipe the clock face
and it actuary worked. It's a mystery...

Same for me this morning. And then it started sticking again.

 

I’ve had this problem with mine for the last few weeks. Some of the other posts are after having their Versa for a couple of months, but I’ve had mine since they first came out. I wonder if it’s a software issue.

I'm just seeing the logo on my Versa 2 watch. It blinks on and off every few seconds. I have tried hard resets and sometimes I see my clock face, but then it reverts back to the blinking logo. 

It's 3pm EDT and it's been going on since around 11am this morning. It's been fine all along until this morning.

HELP!

I'm almost positive that this is a software issue. My last post said that
the swipe was working again but a little later it no longer worked.

Mine is doing the same thing. I turn it off and it works for a while then quite again. It's been this way for a few weeks now and I'm getting frustrated with it.

Mine has been off and on. I'm suppose to be getting a new one but it

Hi. I've been experiencing the same issues,unable to swipe from Versa 2 home screen. With difficulty and pressing firmly down I can barely get it to move half a page over. Please help. I have restarted several times and unable to factory restart since I can't swipe.

Finally got replacement order processing, hoping it will be successful.

They are processing a replacement for me. I placed phone calls, on line
etc. Finally, I got some action on line.

that’s what I ended up doing.  It also stopped recording my steps.  I had to reset many times and would work right

I received my versa 2 for Christmas of 2019. It won’t swipe anymore.Now what. I also had the same issue with my original versa early last year.
