Versa 2 won't swipe

I can see the home screen on my Versa 2 but can’t do anything from there. On the rare occasion I can get it to move to another page, I can’t get anything to work when I touch an icon. I’ve restarted it multiple times and charged it to see if either of those would help but nothing changed.

The restart did not work for me.

@AmyGrant try this. It worked for me and a few others. Reboot the watch. To reboot hold the left button for about 10 seconds. When it starts go to Settings. Change the Wake setting to Manual wake. The default is Auto.

For myself and others the auto wake option is bugged.Switching to manual wake fixes the freezing issue.

Hope this works for you.

Best to contact Fitbit support and let them try and fix the problem. If
they can't and it's still under warranty, they should replace it

Fitbit support tried but couldn't get it to work...since it was still under
