Versa 2 won't swipe

I can see the home screen on my Versa 2 but can’t do anything from there. On the rare occasion I can get it to move to another page, I can’t get anything to work when I touch an icon. I’ve restarted it multiple times and charged it to see if either of those would help but nothing changed.

I’ve only had my FitBit Versa 2 since late January.  I’ve had nothing but problems with it.   It will just restart all on it’s on numerous times daily.  Will totally lose sync with app on phone.  I have to delete app and device and start all over.   It will also just freeze and I can’t swipe up down or left.   I’m very frustrated.  Can you please help.

Try calling Fitbit support to see if they can resolve your issues. Several
people have written that Fitbit sent them a replacement.

I called support today and they helped me restart my device (hold down the
button on the side of the Versa 2 until the device shuts down, it will
restart on it's own). Since then I have been able to swipe successfully.

Best to contact Fitbit support. If they can't fix it, they'll replace it
like they did for me

I am also having this issue. The versa was a gift and I do not have a reciept. I have had about 9 months.

I'd call Fitbit support for help. If they can't fix it, they'll ask you
how long you've had it...since less than a year, they should send you a new
one. You have nothing to lose so give it a try.

It should still be under warranty if less than a year. Call them instead of email.

I did call and they sent me another one as it was under Warranty.

I didn't need the receipt as they could tell from when I connected it to the app.

Fitbit ended up replacing mine. Call support and they will help you.

My problem is my ex bought it i cant prove purchase etc. Can they? Cause its 3 months old. I think the screens crapped itself

They replaced mine.  It kept having problems and was still under warantee. I notice they do no sell this model any more

They should be able to see when you activated it.  Give them a call
