For whatever reason I can’t reply to my original post from yesterday.....was hoping this would be ‘fixed’ this morning, but nope....still seems I’m walking backwards as my Versa Lite continues to lose steps. Getting frustrated here.
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
Best AnswerUpdate: My ionic is now working fine for the past 2 days, looks like the issue has been resolved and step counts are now correct after sync. Fingers crossed.

Best AnswerSeem like the step counter is back to norm after the patch updates....hope the steps will stay😅🤣😂
Best AnswerMy Versa 2 was erasing my steps all last week, however since Friday I’ve noticed it is no longer erasing them. If anything,I am noticing an exaggerated amount of steps being counted and it is way more than normal. Settings are set to dominant hand and all of that. It just seems the update they made is giving me about 2-3000 more daily steps than usual. Is anyone else noticing this?
