I just got my versa a week or two ago, the battery ran out during a 12 hour work shift, so I popped it on the charger when I got home (it had been working perfectly before this). Screen has not woken up since. That was days ago now. Its like its just dead. I have plugged the charger in to multiple places, my phone is charging beautifully from the same sources. Who do I call/where do I send my Versa to get a replacement?

One of my friend who was visiting USA last month bought me fitbit versa2 watch. I had configured it successfully, however it was not taking charge. I was not sure if either the charger is not working or the watch is faulty. Then I tried my friend's charger and it started charging. So finally I got to know that my dock charger is faulty. Therefore I want to replace my charger ( my watch is under warranty). So kindly let me know the process of claiming the warranty.

Great worked for me too. Strange that my watch also wasn't completely flat.

Mine won't charge and I've tried everything on here. It's 14 months old now, which means its out of warranty, and they offered to have me buy another one at 25% off?! As if I'm going to buy one every year when they break just as the warranty expires. I was using it basically just to track steps too. It was very gently used, and the customer service chat closed the chat as soon as they told me the resolution and didn't give me a chance to respond. If I had wanted to take the 25% off I'm guess I'd have to start the whole process over to talk to someone again.

Holding down all 3 buttons at once, for about ten seconds, resulted in Logo being displayed. Put the watch back on the charger and it began charging.
I first tested the contacts on the charger with a volt meter to confirm the charger was working. Did not know exactly which pins were positive and negative but by chance got a reading of about 2.3 V between two random pins, and less on a couple others. Maybe not the safest or technically correct procedure, but sometimes you have to go out on a limb and take a chance on getting some luck.
