Versa battery won't charge

I just got my versa a week or two ago, the battery ran out during a 12 hour work shift, so I popped it on the charger when I got home (it had been working perfectly before this).  Screen has not woken up since.  That was days ago now. Its like its just dead.  I have plugged the charger in to multiple places, my phone is charging beautifully from the same sources.  Who do I call/where do I send my Versa to get a replacement?

Hi hun i had the same problem with my versa it wouldnt charge for 3 days. Was completely dead. I decided to try a different charger. So i brought the charging dock of amazon. Its a stand up charger i found these alot better because you can access the buttons on the fitbit. Keep hold of all 3 buttons at the same time whilst it is in the charger

This worked, thank you. I thought it was a goner. Holding all the buttons at once really works.

My versa charged up after keeping the button down and putting it back on the charger.  I now noticed that my versa keeps turning off.  It wont stay on.  Any ideas?

Hi what charger are you using the stand up dock charger or the one that came with the fitbit?

Yes, this worked!  My battery got extremely low, Fitbit shut off and wouldn't charge. Held down all buttons for 5 seconds, popped on charger, and is currently charging.
