I just got my versa a week or two ago, the battery ran out during a 12 hour work shift, so I popped it on the charger when I got home (it had been working perfectly before this). Screen has not woken up since. That was days ago now. Its like its just dead. I have plugged the charger in to multiple places, my phone is charging beautifully from the same sources. Who do I call/where do I send my Versa to get a replacement?

My Fitbit Versa 1 won’t hold charge. It turns on and asking me to download the app. I did download the app but can’t continue the set up process cuz there’s not enough power on Versa. I also tried to put rubber band on my watch while charging but it still won’t charge. The 3 button press didn’t work too.

Fitbit was dead wouldny charge pressed and held all buttons not expecting it to work and boom fitbit logo put fitbit into the cradle and it's now charging nicely ready for my gym session tomorrow thanks for the fix 😃😃

Mine had not been working for 3 day. It wouldn’t come on or charge. I held all three buttons and it came on and is charging! Thanks!

My versa is doing the same. It died and I tried charging it and it won’t do anything. I tried holding down the buttons and still nothing

@Horselover5 Yup, I’m afraid it’s faulty battery. If I put it in the charger it turns on but won’t charge. Once I remove it from the charger it’s just black screen.

Do you have Fitbit supports phone number handy? I’d like to give them a call. I got mine for Christmas too and worked a few days and will not charge no matter what I try. Thanks!

I tried all of these, I even bought a new charger, and my Versa 2 still won't charge.

Worked for me as well. I had to hold buttons for longer than I expected (more than 30 seconds) but logo came on and its mow charging. Thanks.
