Versa battery won't charge

I just got my versa a week or two ago, the battery ran out during a 12 hour work shift, so I popped it on the charger when I got home (it had been working perfectly before this).  Screen has not woken up since.  That was days ago now. Its like its just dead.  I have plugged the charger in to multiple places, my phone is charging beautifully from the same sources.  Who do I call/where do I send my Versa to get a replacement?

Fitbit versa won’t charge, it’s brand new and appears as though the charging system was devised by some **ahem** who felt he needed to over engineer it rather than just devise a simple charging system.

so what should I do Fitbit ?

Lol and jump up and down without toes crossed reciting the pledge of allegiance huh ?
shouldn’t have to do all that, should just clip it in its charger !

Make sure it is on the charger the correct way 1st. Then if it is on the charger correctly and still not working,  contact Fitbit's support team.

My Versa 2 is just over 3 months old and won’t charge, screen is black. I’ve cleaned contacts, used a brand new charger and tried various reset suggestions, including holding all three buttons down until Fitbit screen appears and nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

Hi there...I have the first Versa they produced out there and not the versa 2. I saw one post saying that if I hold all 3 buttons of the watch for a little while until the fitbit logo appears I could start charging again and it worked. It might work on versa 2, but if not you might have to return it, if you tried everything and still see the screen is black.
Good luck

I had the same problem - have you tried the holding the three buttons down trick? Hold them down till the Fitbit logo appears, then try charging again - worked for me last week! Good luck.
