Versa battery won't charge

I just got my versa a week or two ago, the battery ran out during a 12 hour work shift, so I popped it on the charger when I got home (it had been working perfectly before this).  Screen has not woken up since.  That was days ago now. Its like its just dead.  I have plugged the charger in to multiple places, my phone is charging beautifully from the same sources.  Who do I call/where do I send my Versa to get a replacement?

Call Fitbit customer service. They'll have you try a few things over the
phone. If that doesn't work they'll most likely send you a new one since
you're still under warranty.

Yes, tried everything and it doesn’t charge. Bought another just in case and it still doesn’t charge.. I literally just put it back in the box. I gave up so much for paying $300.

Contact Fitbit they might replace it even if out of warranty

That didn’t work this time, but has before. It was working perfectly and just needed to charge. Very frustrating indeed. Nothing but a 0% symbol.

Thank you for reply. After about 10 minutes in the charger, it started charging ☺️  I am very relieved. The dead do come back to life!

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Today it was 50% and I charged it. Learned a lesson there. Thanks for input!

Tried holding down the buttons and still won’t charge; only says 0%. Has been plugged in for 24 hours. Only got one month ago and never a problem charging before. Tried several outlets and is lined up correctly.

What did you end up doing? I’m having the same problem with 0%. I have only had it a month. Charger had been plugged in 24 hrs

I used a toothbrush - softly cleaned the connections on my watch and charger - held all buttons in until logo appeared then it charged after that. I never let the charge go completely after that xx
