What's going on fitbit??? Since your last update my versa no longer syncs with my phone.. I've tried everything that's been suggested and although it SOMETIMES pairs and syncs, once, it doesn't last the day. My versa no longer tells the right time. I was late picking my son up from school yesterday because I relied on my versa to check the time. I've deleted, switched off Bluetooth, re installed, shut down, reboot, re set factory settings (twice) and nothings working!! Today after deleting the app for the umpteenth time it wouldn't even connect. My phone isn't broke, my internet is fine. I spoke to an advisor yesterday and went through everything with her to no avail.. She was supposed to email me but no she didnt. Nothing. I feel Completely ripped off. I've had no end of issues with syncing since I bought the watch, it's never sent notifications and syncing has always been hit and miss. Now it's non existent. I would never buy from fitbit again and I certainly wouldn't recommend.

My Versa is no longer being found by my iPhone. This just happened this afternoon, 10/23/19 I've had no issue with this up until now. It started having problems when I loaded tunes to my Versa. Now no notifications, no syncing. I tried various suggestions but nothing works!

Mine isn’t working either I have done the same stuff that you have and it is really starting to tick me off. I use my versa for my job and if I can’t use it what good is it

I’m having the same issue. It started with not getting notifications. I tried to follow the prescribed resolution steps but now my iPhone won’t even discover my Versa lite anymore, no matter what I try. HELP PLEASE!

I have this issue with syncing also. Plus my time is off and will not reset to time zone after also trying multiple times to follow all of the steps. It is not worth anything when it can’t even put an accurate time on the watch. I’m returning.

I have the Fitbit app on two Galaxy phones. Both showed last sync 6:02 PM last night today. Around 2 PM I contacted chat support. Long story short, reinstalling the app on both phones seemed to bring it back on both.

This is such bull**ahem**! I tried everything listed, and after tons of restarts and reinstallations, I finally tried to unpair my watch by using the Set up a new device in the app. I then got the question Are you setting up a new device? But there was no YES or NO option, just one big butten to set up new device. Which resulted in loosing complete contact with my Versa.
And it’s impossible to reconnect no mather what I try. The Versa says Wifi off, and there’s no way I can reach it from the app, so there I am, stuck with useless **ahem**.
The new app is more focused on counting calories, bragging and making friends (and selling wristbands and stuff), than actually keeping you motivated to stay active.
The app is completely worthless if it can’t communicate with the watch. And everything was connected to the wifi network before this, and nothing has changed there, so it’s not the network!
I wil no longer recommend fitbit to anyone.

Hi
I'm having the same issues. My fitbit hadn't synced since Friday. So followed all the troubleshooting help. Switch on/off bluetooth. Unpair device, unistall and reinstall app. Now it wont pair!!!!!!!! Driving me crazy.
I have a Huawei P20 pro and the Versa fitbit but they just wont pair now. I use it for work and health app and now losing points and rewards as my steps and workouts aren't syncing! Its getting useless.
Can anyone help?

Please remember that the fox for an android device may not be the subscribed fix for an iOS device. Then again an iOS fix may not work on android.
@Corri_9 I'm not sure what you mean by not pair? Does your tracker show as being a trusted device in the phones Bluetooth settings?
Did you remove the tracker from your fitbit account and can not set it up? If so have you unpaired the tracker from your phone by telling Bluetooth to forget(unpair) the tracker?

Please remember that everything worked just fine before the app update ...

Hey @Rich_Laue
It was syncing so I switched on & off my Bluetooth. This still didn't work so deleted the device from my account. I also unpaired it from my Bluetooth. Now when I try to add the device. I can get the 4 digital code. However it takes so long trying to connect that it gives me the pop up message saying it's not working & trying switching off Bluetooth again!!! It just won't work now.
Thanks

I had this same issue last week. I had to remove the versa from my devices in the Fitbit app and then add it again then it started to work.

Phone number for who @CheriDHackett kg fitbit support, look in the top right slide out menu or through the help link found below or help in the fitbit app.
@Corri_9 generally simply telling fitbit i do not want to use the tracker rarely fixes a communication problem. That is why these boards are full of help i removed my tracker and it will not setup.
Besides the normal troubleshooting let's go into your phones setting, apps, fitbit, storage, clear cache.
