Versa notifications not being consistent

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Is anyone else having the same issue as me? The notifications for text messages and other notifications were working on my Versa. They now keep stopping. I have to then go into notifications on my app and it keeps saying phone restart. I restart my phone and then it works for a while, then it stops again. I should not have to keep restarting me phone every hour for the notifications to work. It seems Fitbit have quite a few small issues with the Versa.

This has happened to me I think twice early on but not again. I'd be complaining a lot if this was happening to me consistently.

Having the same issue, works for a day, then stops. Have to uninstall the Fitbit app and give notification access again for it to work. Has happened twice now, getting annoyed with this thing. Think i'll go back to the Pebble 2 until a new firmware comes out.

Yes I'm going to go back to my charge 2.  Hope fitbit take notice and resolve this quickly.

I was chatting with support, they wanted me to keep restarting it.  Once that failed a couple times.  Then they wanted me to factory reset the device.  I have not taken the time to do that yet.

I've tried a factory reset as well. It works for a bit, then stops again. I have always connected and keep alive widget enabled on as they suggested, and it still stops sending notifications eventually.

I just got my versa yesterday. I was getting the notification until I Cleared the messages...  Now it won't work.

Just wanted to note that I discovered my issues with receiving texts on the Versa appeared to be caused by another Bluetooth device being connected to my phone when the message was received. In one case, it was a portable Bluetooth speaker, the other was being connected to Bluetooth in my car. For those having issues, you might consider whether this is behind it.

I don't get an error message. I simply don't receive notifications on my watch.  I was getting them yesterday (my first day using it).  Today, no....

@K_Mac, I'm not sure if you saw my reply. Do you have any other Bluetooth devices connected to your phone when this happens? That was my problem.
