I’ve had my versa since Thursday, during the day my watch will work fine and sync with no issues. When I get up the following morning it will no longer sync, Bluetooth connection keeps dropping (only when trying to sync). I factory reset Friday morning and Saturday morning, spent over a hour each morning installing and setting the watch up again. I’ve spent longer trying to get my watch to work instead of using it. I’ve tried everything, phone on/off, Fitbit on/off, delete and reinstall app, Bluetooth on/off. Other than factory reset I can’t see anything else that works! Very upset and disappointed

I am having the same problems with trying to sync my Versa to phone. I have tried everything you have suggested. I have been struggling with this all day as I really wanted it for my day off tomorrow. I am ver disappointed and frustrated and I am thinking of sending it straight back!! We shouldn’t have to pay this sort of money to have to deal with these issues!

I have tried this repeatedly and my versa still will not sync with the app on my android (samsung 8+). It worked great the first 3 days, then sporadically and now not at all.

I was on the verge of sending my versa back until out of desperation I was pressing and holding all the buttons and held Down the left button and bottom right button together until the fitbit logo appeared and now it's syncing without a problem , charges fine and basically does everything it's supposed to , this was a few days ago now and so far appears to be fine wether it was just a coincidence or not I don't know but if yours is playing up then it's worth a try.

I have an S8+ and the sync with Versa works for only 24 hours, then nothing works, I must restart my phone and Versa and pray that it works

I tried all of this as well as several reboots and pairing and unpairing etc but nothing seems to work. It's a new Versa and until early evening it was occasionally sync ING but now only the steps sync the rest does not.

I just bought my Versa yesterday, and it worked fine for the first 18 hours. Then I went for a hike this morning, and put my phone on airplane mode (which I often do to save battery power when I'm not really using it). Once I turned airplane mode off again, the Versa wouldn't sync. I restarted both my phone, a Motorola G4 Play, and Versa and repaired the Versa, and that finally got the sync working again.
I'll have to see what happens the next time I turn my phone back onto airplane mode. If I have to repair the Versa over wifi each time I do that (which can be several times a day), then this isn't going to work too well for me. I hope Fitbit comes up with a solution soon.

They replaced mine. Replacement won’t hold a charge. Waiting on the replacement for the replacement.

Thanks this method worked for me using the shutdown of the watch from the screen.
Tried restart from the left and bottom right button and that didn’t work. I did not want to removed all Bluetooth devices as recommended as that was going to be a right pain!
Anyway the shutdown and restart worked 👍🏼

Same issue with my New Versa. Says connecting to Fitbit after entering 4 digit code but never connects. I followed direction and done everything possible to get it to connect. Time to return this P.O.S.

I got my Versa on Saturday afternoon and it synced OK for about 5 hours. Since then, nothing. All day sync has been on from the beginning.
I have restarted the phone and watch with no joy. I then unpaired it on Bluetooth and app, and now I'm stuck on the 'enter PIN displayed on the Versa' page. The watch itself won't even turn on now.
This is garbage and looks like customers have had this problem for months with no fix in sight. I'll be returning it as soon as possible and buying from a more reputable company.
