Last night I left it charging because the app was showing battery low and today I am trying to turn it on and nothing is happening. Anybody is facing the same problem?
Please help!

Hold all three buttons on Versa until you see Fitbit logo. That fixed mine. I thought it was a goner!

I tried all the options here and after only one year support told me it’s just broken and nothing to do but buy a new one. I had three before this but won’t be Fitbit now. It was super glitchy the whole time I had it. For weeks at a time wouldn’t give me notifications.

I had the same no power problem but after reading the Lordsnooty post I tried it and it has worked.

Pressing Left Button and Bottom right button for at least 10 seconds fixed mine. I had gotten low and I was told to charge it on Monday. I did that and it would not come back on. I figured it had died as I bought it from my daughter when she got an Apple watch. I used it to replace my older watch. Found this thread today after thinking of buying a replacement at Microcenter. I thought, let's do some research on the web and found this. It worked. Interesting note, while the watch was off, it would not charge. When it came on it said it was at 17 % so two days of charging did nothing. I put it on the charger just now and it is happily charging.

Thanks for your post, it gave a great relief. All working now after complete darkness for an hour or so 😊

Here’s what works after trying everything. Click the on off button fast like 10 times then hold it down. That’s what works.

I got my Versa Lite for Christmas. So I’ve been using it for about a month and a half. I’ve loved it but the past two weeks it stopped collecting data from my sleep as well as my heart rate. I took it off and thought it might just need a break and when I came back to it hours later the screen had gone blank. I charged it for a couple hours and it still is just a black screen. It vibrates when I get calls. I’ve tried to hold the button down but the most it does is buzz once. The screen had not turned on

No. My Fitbit is one month out of warranty and despite that being my third
one they wouldn’t do anything but 25% off a new one.

Sgottberg, just one other thing you must NEVER do and that is, don't charge it for more than two hours + and NEVER charge it overnight and hopefully you will never have the problems that most people have encountered

I charge my versa overnight without a problem. My versa device has the firmware that messed with the versa devices. After getting it to turn on by almost factory resetting it (aka the three button method), my versa has been fine. It's holding charge and I can charge it without a problem. I have not turned my device off though for the fear it won't turn back on, so I just keep it on and switch it to sleep mode. My device definitely has a defect though due to having to use three buttons to turn it on, but that's it so far.

Mlharris, if that works for you, that is fine but in majority of cases charging it overnight causes serious problems. So my general advise is NOT to charge it overnight. Plus if you want to take use of your sleep monitor how is charging it over night going to work? Better to be safe than sorry....so I find that if I put it on the charger before I have a shower ( to avoid the watch getting water into it because I don’t trust it’s water resistance). Usually, the Fitbit loses 20% charge a day and after about 35 - 45 mins of charge it is back up to 100%.

@Lordsnooty I don't use the sleep monitor, I use the sleep mode. Two different features. It turns off the notifications, so when my phone gets notifications (i.e. texts and emails), it's not vibrating all night and waking me up. I've actually never used the sleep monitor, since I cannot stand wearing jewelry or watches while I sleep haha!

I know the difference in the two sleep modes. I have sleep apnea and therefore need to use the sleep monitor and find it very useful but I agree with you some people don’t like wearing watches when they are sleeping but I am not one of those people. Why I wanted to answer your original statement about charging the Fitbit overnight is that in general most people on this thread of the forum are coming with their Fitbit being dead after charging and what I wanted to address is that unlike you most (if not all of them) are finding that after charging overnight their Fitbit are dead and unresponsive. But as I said if it works for you then good but in general most Fitbits die after long charges so therefore my general advise is DON’T charge it overnight and just charge it for a short period. But if this works for you then good but in general (as far as this thread goes the general opinion is DON’T charge it overnight)
