Versa wont install new Clock Face

Trying to change watch face and versa keeps working but fails to change style.

I have an answer. Plug your fitbit to the charger and try changing the face of the clock. I thought about it and tried it and it worked. The only thing that made sense to me.

This sounded like a good idea, so I just tried it.  Unfortunately, it didn't work.

I have the same problem with my versa 2 and any downloads I hv like updates to the apps as well. Maybe someone on in community will help. Thx

I've been going in it on n off all day and still hasn't fixed it. And yes it shows a pop up msg unable to finish installing.

What worked for me was go to settings / shutdown on the watch See instructions to shutdown the watch, below. I force closed the app on my android phone.

 

Then I restarted the versa watch and then I restarted the app.

 

The correct watch face was identified in the app and I was able to change the watch face to the one I wanted.

 

TO SHUTDOWN THE WATCH: On the watch, swipe right to left until you see the gear (SETTINGS) icon. Select that icon and scroll all the way down until you see “about “. Select “about” and scroll all the way down to the last option which is “shutdown”

 

To restart the watch, just push the LEFT button until the watch restarts.

I tried this too.  I even tried resetting the watch to the factory settings.  None of this worked.

 

I have a feeling that my problems may be occurring because I don't have access to an Android or iOS device.  I am doing everything with the PC app.  I am getting the feeling that the PC app does not have the functionality to perform these actions, even though it appears to.

I turned of the watch plugged it in it rebooted then I changed the face to
its original face on the phone.

Yeah, Resetting to factory settings doesn't work for this.
